Even in cities where a premium must be paid for placing job advertisements, Craigslist is very competitive both in terms of rates and what you get for them with Monster and several of the other sites that specialize solely in this type of job matching.What you need to understand about Craigslist however is that there is virtually no difference between finding someone to buy your stuff and finding an employee to work for you. In fact, it is quite possible that finding employees on Craigslist is a lot harder because of the type of person you need. When selling, all you need is someone willing to give you the cash in order to secure your investment.
